3.) How do I form a pull bow?
Forming a pull bow is a quick process that takes seconds. Instructions are included with each order. You can also view our instructional video on youtube by searching username "formthebow".
4.) Do you make custom color combinations?
We make custom bows in the following styles and sizes: 9” pre-notched bows, 9” striped pull bows, and 16" ready to hang bows. Please refer to our listings for these products and check item descriptions. Contact us to check availability of colors prior to placing your order.
5.) What is the difference between pre-notched and pull bows?
In short, pull bows form automatically by pulling on two inner strings, while pre-notched bows require fluffing 1 loop at a time. Pull bows are imported and therefore the selection is limited to our current stock. Pre-notched bows are made with domestic ribbon, allowing us to offer a wider selection. To get a better idea, you can view our videos on youtube by searching username "formthebow".
8.) Do you offer discounts on large quantity orders?
We offer a variety of discounts starting with a minimum order of 50 bows. While we have some discounted listings already in our store, we do have plenty more that we can offer. Please email us your request before purchasing. We can set up a custom listing for you.
9.) Does your emerald clover green match David’s Bridal clover green?
Most of our colors, including clover green, can be successfully matched with various brand name dresses. However the same colors can appear different on different materials depending on the fabric material, thickness, and composition. To ensure that our color matches yours, we recommend ordering ribbon swatches from us. Please order ribbon swatches (up to 5 colors) by sending us a self-addressed stamped envelope. Please state the color, size, and style of bow that you would like to purchase because different ribbons may be used for different sizes and styles.
10.) Can you overnight ship my order?
Yes, subject to availability, we can overnight your shipment when the order is received by 12:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time. We use USPS Express Mail to overnight packages. You can check Express Mail rates on USPS’s website or by contacting us.
